The Century Road Club Association 

  The CRCA is a bicycle racing club based in Manhattan.  Founded in 1898, 
it is the largest in the U.S. Club races (for members) are held in Central 
Park on most Saturdays from March through November.    

  CRCA is a developmental club geared toward the beginning racer. Free 
coaching by a Category 1 USCF certified coach is offered to members from 
April through August.  We have many Cat. 1 and 2 riders helping newcomers.  

  Race strategy and tactics, nutrition and training techniques are discussed 
at club meetings. The camaraderie of club events, where one racer knows 
the other, is the best way to ease into the rigors of open racing.
